Vansha has had a diverse prior experience in the legal field. Prior to KGVS Legal, she served as a Senior Associate at Khaitan & Co’s Dispute Resolution team in Delhi, exhibiting remarkable skills in handling civil and commercial disputes, including domestic and international arbitrations.

Before that, she worked as a Junior Advocate in the office of Senior Advocate Mr. Jayant K. Mehta, gaining valuable insights into courtroom procedures and the art of advocacy. In 2018, she contributed as a Legal Researcher for Hon’ble Justice Manmohan at the Delhi High Court. Additionally, she has also served as a Legal Advisor, providing invaluable legal counsel to Energy World Development Limited (Hong Kong), a multinational corporation engaged in oil and gas exploration. She has also previously worked as a Mini-pupil at 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square Barristers Chambers in London, UK, where she keenly observed and learned from distinguished barristers. These enriching experiences have significantly shaped her legal acumen and deepened her passion for the profession.

Karan Gupta

Karan has had an extensive prior experience in the legal field. Prior to starting KGVS Legal, he has had a remarkable journey of growth and success at Khaitan & Co’s Dispute Resolution team in Delhi, where he started as an Associate in 2017 and steadily climbed the ranks to become a Senior Associate in 2021 and a Principal Associate in 2023.

Throughout this period, he has honed his legal expertise across diverse fields of law, including handling commercial disputes, civil disputes and white-collar crimes. Throughout his prior tenure he has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of complex legal issues and a strategic approach in resolving them, starting from handling complex civil and commercial cases to navigating intricate arbitrations, he has consistently displayed exceptional legal acumen and a keen ability to find innovative solutions for his clients. In his diverse prior experience, he has also advised clients on disputes in the pharmaceutical sector, consumer disputes and insolvency matters, with an unwavering dedication to his clients' interests.
